Getting Started
- Login - Access your Textos instance and log in with your credentials
- Navigation - Use the sidebar menu to navigate between sections
- Conversations - View and reply to SMS from the main page
User Roles
| Role | Description |
|---|---|
| Agent | Can view and reply to conversations for their team |
| Manager | Can configure team settings and view metrics |
| Admin | Can manage teams, members, and invitations |
| Super Admin | Full system access, domain and organization management |
